Our Team

All of our instructors are certified by Systema Vasiliev in Toronto Canada

One of the principles of Systema is finding your own unique way of working, based on constitution, mindset, physical gifts and limitations and other factors. This makes learning from different instructors valuable. Each instructor will present a different perspective and emphasis on the fundamentals of Systema.

Instructor

Dameron

Lifelong explorer of reality, relationships and human experience. Teacher, guide, athlete, father, husband, bodyworker (32 years), martial artist (38 years). Began studying systema in 2006. Certified as a Systema instructor by Micheal Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev.

Why do I love systema?

I’ve learned more about health, living and how reality works from systema than any other specific thing I’ve ever done.

Adam.jpg

Instructor

Adam

Adam first encountered Systema in 2011 and began practicing with groups the following year. He has been repeatedly failing into a deeper understanding of the art ever since, and was made an Instructor-in-Training in early 2026. His classes revolve around the art's emphasis on the primacy of breath in all things, as well as the use of simple tools and exercise progressions to radically deepen self knowledge.

Alex

Alex has over 20 years of martial art experience and has been training in Systema since 2008.

His background includes various Asian martial arts and some complementary somatic methods.

What do I love about Systema? It is a pathway to innate awareness, self expression and healing.

He offers classes on breath work, striking, movement, ground fighting, knife work and conditioning.

Instructor

Cameron

Cameron has been trying to wrap his mind around Systema for the better part of a decade. With a focus on deep systemic relaxation and smooth movements, his interest is in developing physical potential and resilience for life.

Moving with weight, balance, and integrated breathing are cornerstones of his classes.
